♡ Have in mind that my art style is in constant change!!
♡ It may take from 1 week to 3 months to finish the commission.
♡ I don't allow the usage of my art for AI purposes neither NFT.
♡ The client must not claim the art work as their own.
♡ I can decline any commission that makes me feel umconfortable.
♡ I will refund the 100% only if i haven't start the sketch.
♡ The client can't edit, trace or modify the final commission.
♡ Please be as clear as possible with your request, and send me references.PAYMENTS
♡ All the payments are upfront.
♡ I will need your PayPal email for make the invoice.
♡ If you have a deadline mention it to me, a rush fee will be applied.
♡ If the character have a complex design will have an extra cost, other things like props, small details, accesories won't cost extra only if i decided so.COPYRIGHT
♡ I have the copyright of the art work, that means the right of use it as a sample of my commissions and for self promotion, use it on my portfolio, and post it on social media.
♡ If you want your request to be private, tell me on the ordering process.PERSONAL USE
♡ Personal use includes profile pics, wallpaper, as long as it is provide the proper credits to me.
♡ Prints and physical reproductions are allowed only for PERSONAL USE.MONETIZED USE
♡ Monetized fee applies if the art work will be use as part of creating, distributing and promoting from digital content on any platform/social media (YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, website...)
♡ The extra fee for use the art work is 50% the price.COMMERCIAL USE
♡ Commercial fee aplies for businesses or creators who want to sell digital or physical products with the commissioned piece.
♡ The extra fee for use the art work is +100% the price.
